Salon Cancellation, Late Fee & NO Show Policy Hello! Im delighted to assist you on your hair journey! Prior to booking your appointment, please be mindful of the following below. Please no additional company allowed. If you are feeling sick,I recommend that you please reschedule your appointment. You can also contact me if you need assistance rescheduling your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty at which the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Late fee Policy you will be charged 1$ a minute after scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes late you must reschedule and you will be charged 50% of service price as a late cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours (for any reason) before the appointment are subject to a NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE. Late cancellation fee of 30% that will be charged the card on file. Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours before the appointment are subject to full remaining balance being charged. NO SHOW appointments are subject to 100% NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE fee of the scheduled service amount. NO SHOW appointment clients will be blocked from re-booking appointments and appointments with deposits that are no show are subject to same no show policy and loss of deposit. !!!!Payment is due after service No EXPLANATIONS.
